Steering wheel lock.
Fits easily on my new mazda when others would not fit. Easy to put in place and secure. Its made of good sturdy material and is a good deterrent.

Reassuringly weighty Police-recommended lock
It feels reassuringly solid and heavy. No issues yet with the lock sticking - seems like you just have to be sure you've pushed the key all the way in. The yellow colour is clearly visible from outside without breaking a window first - as is the brand name, which is hopefully an extra deterrent, being Met police recommended. In 2 weeks my keyless entry car hasn't been stolen from my driveway - 2 neighbours in the last 6 months haven't been so lucky.I also bought (from a different site) the Milenco steering wheel soft pads, which are supposed to stop this lock from marking your wheel. They don't fit the lock well, and in any case the lock hasn't marked my Kona leather padded wheel. So at £13 for two bits of soft moulded plastic, I don't recommend them unless your steering wheel is covered in fragile antique gold leaf.

Great apparatus
Excellent sturdy lock easy to apply and remove when you’ve sussed it.

Fits the Peugeot 2008
A security device should really only be rated by how well it resists an attempt at theft, but I hope mine will never be tested that way. So we have to rate it on apparent security and ease of use. In most respects I would have give it 5 stars; I will say later why I deducted a star.It claims to be made of strengthened steel and is two-and-a-half times as strong as the top Thatcham standard; if so it is as good as you will get for the price. Most importantly for me, it fits a Peugeot 2008. This vehicle has a small squarish steering wheel with a very prominent centre boss for the horn and airbag. A Stoplock will not fit, even the deep-bend version: I tried, and it presses on the horn and you can't close the claws. The Milenco fits onto the rim; it does not protect the airbag, but in every other respect it is as good as you will get, providing you fit the prongs either side of the left steering wheel spoke (you will see what I mean when you try): that way it can't be slid around the wheel, and they would have to cut the steering wheel in three places to remove the lock. The Milenco is also lighter and less cumbersome than a Stoplock, and easier to store. A Disklok may the the best, but it is more expensive and more cumbersome than either: consider it if you have a Range Rover. The Milenco has been criticised in other reviews for the key sticking and not being able to be unlocked. So far so good with mine. The manufacturers now attach a note suggesting that we insert the key right into the lock and do not force it. Well, Duhh..... They have now scored a scratch all round each key shank showing how deeply it needs to be inserted. Making a scratch in metal will weaken it and make it more likely to break due to fatigue failures, especially when frequently under torsion (I do have a degree in Mechanical Engineering). That is why I am deducting a star. They provide three keys; it may be a good idea to hide a spare one in the car, and hope that if the one you are using breaks you can remove the broken piece (possibly with the fuse-puller pliers).PS: why did everyone laugh when the Austin Allegro had a square steering wheel, but it seems to be acceptable on a new Peugeot?

The business.
Fits readily to my steering wheel, which is not round, has three wide spokes, and baulked by regenerative paddles.Looks unbreakable, and an obvious bright yellow deterrent. The streamlined design means it stows by the driver seat - the door needs opening to access.Easy to fit/remove, although heavy (no bad thing).Three keys, which open effortlessly.Feel happier when it is deployed.
