This rice flour is amazing. It is super fine and soft and mixes so well. I ordered it to make a specific rice pudding variation that we eat in our country and it did not disappoint. Then I started baking sourdough and I used this for the scoring, it did a great job. When I finished the package I bought another rice flour, but it was coarse and was not even close to this one’s quality. The only negative is that it is much more expensive than the other one but it is totally worth the price difference.

I bought this to help prevent sourdough from sticking to the basket. It woks great for that, and also makes the deigns I cut into the bread more visible. One bag will probably last a year or more since I don't use much, but this is exactly what I needed for a great price.

The media could not be loaded. So good for dusting the top of my sourdough loaves before they get scored. High quality rice flour that’s light and airy. Very fresh quality and the bag kept it perfect in transit. No flavor that changes on the top of my sourdough loaves either.

I bought this to top my sourdough, and it worked amazing. I also used this to make homemade dry shampoo since I have been reading about all the toxins in bottled dry shampoo. A little gritty for that purpose, but honestly that's alright since I let it sit on my hair for a few minutes while I am getting ready, then blowdry it out.

Quality was great and I made many many batches of wide rice noodles so I have gotten a lot of use out of this small bag. I wanted to try and master pad see ew and I made so many batches, i would say at least 6 batches and I still have a little bit left. Lots of tasty noodles from this one little bag.

Tastes like flour, works for mochi. Came sealed as it should. A bit smaller than I had realized, but I did read the size before buying so that is my fault. No bugs, which is always good, hopefully the standard.

I use this for multiple face mask and will be repurchasing a bag of rice flour. It's very easy to use and is like a modeling mask. Gives me about 6-9 clay masks.#1: Rice flour + Aloe Vera + Honey = Very nice cooling if you put it in the fridge but it's very great for spa days. Helps with brightening my skin not so much with hyperpigmentation. Less messy then #2 since it's a pasty texture it will sit like a clay mask so you can move around with it on. More rice flour is thicker texture.#2: Rice flour + honey + milk= This is the second option if you don't have aloe vera because it is more liquid to get the right texture you're going to have to play around with the ingredients. This has the same benefits, but it has to be done in the bathroom the whole time, recommend doing this mask as your about to take a bath.

Use for my sourdough scoring and makes for a beautiful loaf!
