Whilst expensive the first gels I have used that didn't leave a sickly taste or even taste artificial.

Easy to digest with no adverse stomach effects. Great tasting and suitable for vegans. Highly recommended.

A small and lightweight packet makes it easy to pack and take with.Ordered towards the end of November 2023 and the sachet has a best before date of July 2025.I took it prior to a weightlifting session to help fuel my workout. Tasted great. Well I do like the flavour of maple syrup. Didn't taste too salty. I did have to squeeze the sachet between a finger and thumb to get a little of the remaining product out of the sachet.Probably better suited to marathon running and long distance cycling activities; or as a backup on camping and hiking adventures. As the product does seem rather expensive at £2.79 per single sachet. Works out cheaper buying a 24 pack but this quantity may be too many for some people; so a smaller sized cost saving pack would perhaps be a good idea? For other people who frequently consume this type of product, a larger pack may be more useful.

Absolutely the best gel there is for running!I used to struggle consuming running gels, their consistency was frankly awful and I hated using them until I found these little gems! The consistency isn't thick at all, it tastes so good (writing this review is really making me want to eat one right now) they provide you with everything you need to get you through your exercise and don't upset your stomach!As a seasoned runner I've tried a lot of gels and these are the only ones I use now!Love love love them!

It is the best ‘gel’ on the market. I fuelled with this for my marathon training and the marathon. I had no stomach issues and it has a lovely taste. It’s 100% natural, too so no nasty chemicals and derivatives!

Reviews on these are always subjective and everyone has different tastes. For me, this didn't seem to do a lot for energy or anything on my cycle. It is small and easy to digest while exercising which is good. The taste is, interesting. I like maple syrup but this tasted a little off... Not too bad but there was something not quite right... They're also quite expensive as you only get the 1 packet for £2.79 which to me is a bit of a rip off...It's up to you if you want to try it. You may enjoy it and find some benefit.
