So far so good. I’ve only been taking it for a couple weeks so I can’t speak to affects only that my hair does feel more shiny. The gummies themselves are simple to consume and taste pretty good! Good value for money

Easy to take
These chewy raspberry flavored vitamins taste great! They’re better than most if not all other Biotin products. They are coated with sugar but not at all sticky. Easy on the stomach and I presume they are working for my skin.
