I have tried other waffle flours, this one is by far the best. Easy to mix and make, LaCasa gives my kids the perfect waffles, and is great value for money!

I received the order in poor condition. Of the 2 packets, the external cardboard box of Belgian chocolate was torn and the plastic wrapping over the cardboard box was also removed. It goes to prove that someone had tried to open the box to see the inside contents. The inside aluminum pouch which actually contains the mix was however in tact. Therefore, the person whoever he may be was inquisitive to see the contents and tampered with the packaging. I am able to point this out accurately since it comes in a combo pack of Belgian Chocolate and French Vanilla where I found that the The French Vanilla packet was in very good condition with the cardboard box, the plastic wrap around it and the inside contents all in good condition.Hope Amazon will look into it and take proper action to employ people with better integrity.Coming to the product, it is excellent in taste and one needs to take the exact proportion of the mix, butter and water that they have mentioned in the instructions to get a perfect waffle batter. I had bought a mini waffle maker from Amazon and it works wonderfully. Just that instead of 5 minutes, I keep my timer for 6 minutes to get a fine crust over the waffle..

easy to use but when made, the taste was not even like a waffle. it was dry and very different taste, did not like it.

I must say, I tried other brands (Betty crocker) and eventually everytime the waffles came soggy. But this time it's crisp like a wafer with same procedure and combination as specified. You need to get the consistency and timing perfect to get crispy waffles.

Smells good, The taste is not so good. I think you need to add some powder suger in it (even though i don't like too sweet) its nothing like Belgium waffle as written on the package. Maybe try the original one if you want the same taste. If you want cheap alternative and ready to add /modify things in the recipe then this one will work for you.
