My doctor recommended I started taking an iron supplement of ferrous gluconate. I didn't want to take 3 tablets a day. This is the product that matched my criteria.

After being diagnosed with anemia, I researched various sources and types of iron supplements and settled on purchasing Nature's Blend of Ferrous Gluconate. My sensitive stomach had no problem tolerating the daily dosage, making it easy for me to stick with the routine of taking it, faithfully, each day. One bottle of 100 tablets, with instructions to take 1 tab per day, is more than enough for a 3 month supply. I initially purchased 2 bottles to give myself 6 months to improve my chronic anemia condition, without changing my less-than-optimum diet, To my pleasant surprise, my lab work - taken 3 months after I first began using this product, showed great results and my iron level was finally within normal range! It is amazing to me that this product is so reasonably priced and as effective as a much higher-priced iron supplement with the exact same ingredients. Why pay more? This is a fantastic product at a great price and, since it clearly worked for me, I would highly recommend.

I have been taking this form of iron for about 2 yrs now. My numbers have been normal since taking it, and were just checked 2 months ago again. Its important to know that you need to take this with a vitamin c, as it helps to be digested, so it can work.

I am unable to take ferrous sulfate because it gives me abdominal cramps. Ferrous gluconate doesn't cause any pain. Since I am chronically anemic without an iron supplement, this is heaven sent for me.

At first it was great, I was feeling energized but then after a couple of weeks using this, I started feeling like there was a hole in my chest. There was so much pressure, I honestly thought I was getting the coronavirus lol so i decided to stop taking it to see if it was that. It took like a day or two without it for the hole in my chest to go away. A few weeks later, I thought to myself, that the chest feeling went away so maybe I should try it again. So I took it today and bam i feel the hole in my chest. Maybe it worked for others, every body is different. or maybe i got a defective one. Just be careful cuz i feel that hole in my chest as im writing this and it is not pleasant.
