Assembled this during Christmas break with my teenager. It took us roughly two hours from start to finish while watching a movie in the background. We are classic book lovers in our family and you’ll often find us perusing bookstores wherever we go. We even make it a point to find bookstores while on vacatIon to find a vintage book as a souvenir. This delightful bookshop will add a fun piece of decor to our home library. We appreciated that extras of some of the smallest pieces were included in case any broke during construction, though we didn’t need any of them. Pieces fit snuggly and were measured precisely. Glue is not included, but we already had liquid glue on hand. A pair of scissors is handy to have available, as well. Assembly instructions were clear and quality of materials were better than expected for this price point. Lighting works well and the door to replace batteries (not included) is designed with a swinging door and locking mechanism that is unique. Would purchase from this company again.

I’ve been wanting to do one of these for a while, so I thought why not, and got it. I loved it. It was super fun to do. The detail is really amazing! Everything fix together nicely and its quite sturdy. The light is very bright (I looked into it and blinded myself lol). It’s not too big that it won’t fit on the shelves, it’s the perfect size. I will definitely get another one as I enjoyed putting this one together.

Well made and fun! It took about 4-5 hours or so to complete. Some parts were a particular challenge - folding the books was much harder than it seemed because the book pages are basically one long sticker that has to be folded into pages. The rest of it wasn’t terribly difficult, although getting the tongue and groove notches to match up was sometimes tight.But I’d rather it was tight than too loose. It helps if you have a good deal of manual dexterity to be able to work with small pieces. The instruction manual is pretty clear and comes with color photos of what it is you’re putting together. (Although some of the photos are very small lol!) You will need two AAA batteries and a small bit of glue. I used Eileen‘s tacky glue which worked fine. Loved it and would definitely buy again! It was a great deal for the price.

I had a lot of fun putting this together. The instructions were easy to read and understand. I was worried that I might break some tiny pieces, but they were quite sturdy. Some fragile pieces even came with “spare parts” just in case. The only thing I would have added would be glue. Several times in the instructions, I was told to glue pieces, but I wasn’t given the glue, or told what type of glue to use. I chose super glue, and had middling success with it.

This the CUTEST most UNIQUE Book Nook!!!I bought this as an Easter present for my 18 year old daughter who loves to read! It did take her some time to put together, but well worth it. Instructions were not the best, but doable. It was the perfect size, not too little and not too big. The light in it lights up perfectly so you can see all details inside. So cool that you just touch the top part just behind the area where the door is and it turns on and off. The only part that was wrong with this product was the back wasn't cut in the right place to house the battery pack so it's just hanging out of it. Basically it was cut on the bottom left and it should have been the bottom right where the built in box for the battery pack is located. Is that a huge problem? Not really as you are putting it in between a bunch of books and you can't see it from the front. I'm giving it a 5 because overall it's VERY cute, unique and just the coolest thing!

Snapping the microscopic potted plants and fairy lights into a little cardboard storefront is the ideal cozy rom-com montage!The instructions were surprisingly clear, and the materials were high quality—tiny wood pieces, colorful paper flowers, even a little LED light to make the shop glow like a dreamy Parisian alleyway at night. It’s detailed enough to feel impressive when it’s done, but not so complicated that you want to hurl it across the room halfway through.Bonus: when it’s finished, you get to slide it between your books and pretend your bookshelf has secret magical dimensions. Which it now does, obviously.Whether you're a DIY novice or a seasoned crafter, this book nook is pure joy. Grab your favorite snacks, play some lo-fi music, and build a tiny world with your bestie or your love. The perfect date night activity. Would absolutely recommend (and now I want to live in this fictional flower shop, thank you very much).

My wife really enjoyed putting this one together. All the peices were there, complete, and functional. As from the photo you can see the completed set with the lights fully functional. The only complaint my wife had with this product was the glue that was provided. Maybe obtain your own glue of better quality. Very fun product, high overall quality, and a good value. This is a perfect little project peice to pass some time.
