I will start off by saying that this is the first review I have ever left, but I felt I needed to because this product has been a lifesaver. A week and a half postpartum, I got mastitis and had daily clogged milk ducts. I was in so much pain I was crying all day every day. I searched the internet for anything that might provide me with some relief and came across these gems. When they arrived, I had several huge hard lumps in my breasts. After 24 hours of taking the prescribed dose for blocked ducts I had relief! Definitely going to continue to use the maintenance dose daily. So worth the buy!!!

These have been a godsend. I have very clog-prone breasts. My milk isn’t particularly fatty but like clockwork if I don’t take these for a few days I can feel a bleb or sometimes more severely, a pinpointed clogged duct. Been taking these over a year now.Compared to what I’ve seen at local stores these are about the same value for money but I like that I can order these usually for next day delivery. More convenient than wandering in the health foods store.

This supplement is fantastic! As a strictly-pumping mom, I struggled a lot in the early months of my son’s life with clogged ducts. I have had mastitis before and it is no joke, so I was desperate to try anything that helped to prevent it from getting to that point. This sunflower lecithin works perfectly! Even if I end up going longer than I should without pumping and I end up pretty engorged, I am able to fully empty without any clogs or, if I do get a clog, it clears right up if I put some pressure on it. They say that sunflower lecithin thins the milk out so that it doesn’t get clogged as easily and I believe that it’s definitely true. I was worried that thinning my milk would mean that it didn’t have any of the good fats in it for my son, but that’s not true either!

Love these for everyday use as a breastfeeding mom. I’ll double up if I have an issue but these are great!

As an overproducer, I dealt with clogged ducts constantly and was always worried about the possibility of mastitis. Once I started taking these, I noticed a big difference in the frequency of getting clogged ducts. It definitely became a pretty rare occasion. I don’t think I would have made it through BF my babies without this!

Pulled my clog out within a few hours. It’s always nerve racking getting a clog as you worry about it becoming mastitis. As soon as I felt a clog form I took a pill and it literally pulled it out in less than a day.
