Shipping was really fast and everything was boxed accordingly very nice and fast everything worked as soon as I plugged it in and it started hashing immediately currently using z pool making 79 cents a day on it super happy with the reliability and shipping of this product from this guy. The power supply is a little worn but everything looks good the unit looks brand new and was even in bubble wrap when I received it super happy with this product will buy again

It was stated that this item was overclocked when we received it in the mail and hooked it up it was not overclocked it was at the standard settings. I had to go in there and overclock it myself. When I requested a return. I will received an email stating that there was a 40% re stocking fee.I feel as though they should not be able to charge you a restocking fee. If the item they sold you is not what was as described. I basically paid for one item and received something else

I purchased a used L3+ and upon setting it up, realized that the hashrate was above nominal specs, which was great for about a week, but then it became unstable and fraught with hardware errors and temperature alarms. When I began to troubleshoot, I realized that the rig was running on only 3 out of the 4 ASIC boards, and that those three were overclocked. After setting them back to the recommended specs, the hashrate was obviously too low.When I discovered this, I contacted the seller, Tony, and showed him the ASIC status of the rig. He apologized and offered me a full refund with no restocking fee, or a partial refund to compensate me for the loss in hashing power.Despite the partially defective product, I give this a 5-star review due to the outstanding customer service, coming up with a creative solution to keep the customer happy. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Ordered three of these AntMiner L3+. The first had a single functioning board with a missing heat sink, and three broken boards I attempted to repair with no luck. The other two came needing to be thoroughly cleaned, but worked amazingly and all chips were functional. Getting between 930 MH/s - 1.05 GH/s between all three making about $16 a day. For as cheap as they were listed ($600 + $99 shipping) I'd say it was worth the gamble. Pretty hit or miss, so buy at your own risk.

I just purchased my 3 unit from this seller! I appreciate that they are tested and proof of test run arrives with your unit. They run great. You must have knowledge before touching these units. They are used so they need cleaning 🧹 you MUST do it properly or you will damage your unit. Setting it up takes knowledge too. They have some good YouTube video that go over a lot of things for beginners.

Edit: Though the product did not work, I have given this a 5 star for the excellent, and I mean excellent customer service. It was most likely damaged during shipment, but we have come to an agreement that I am most happy with.Original: One star because the product does not work.With investigation it appears to be the control board that is non functioning properly.

These are being sold as "Like New" even though they have external damage. I asked the seller what the estimated number of hours these units were used, and was told 40 hours. My PSU had SCORCH marks on it, which is unacceptable for a product being sold as "Like New." The Antminer itself had scratches on both sides running down the entire length of the miner. The only saving grace was that it runs and I was able to sell it for cash on OfferUp because I'm not paying a restocking fee and shipping.

The Antminer L3+ was in good working condition. However the PSU seemed to be homemade and appeared to be previously repaired. The product was described as being in stock and shipping from Michigan, however upon placing order received notice that it was on it's way from Hong Kong. Just received invoice from DHL for $400 in duty fees. Happy with the Antminer but found the product description totally misleading. I gave 2 stars because I received a working machine but overall this experience was disappointing.
