waste of money
Dosen't work for me, waste of money.

Hard to swallow
The tablets are dried powder and start to dissolve as soon as put into mouth - problem is the powder can go down windpipe if not careful - PABA supplements sometimes hard to find and these are used if capsules are not available.

These are extremely hard to swallow
I had no idea they were supposed to help with pain. Certainly doesn't help my husbands arthritis or my sciatica. We primarily take them for our skin. It has corrected my vitiligo caused by a prescription med I took long ago, but we were taking a different brand of PABA no sold any more. These are on suscribe and save.

Seems. Like a decent product but very chalky
Sometimes I almost choke on the dust particles from the tablet. It has no coating on it.I bought this due to some Of its listed uses.I think it's working,but I can't say for sureI also discovered that this can supposedly give some protection from sunburn?? Can't wait to try that out next summer in Ecuador.
