I take this Korean Red Ginseng for my general health as it helps with energy and focus. I like this brand because I can actually feel the difference between not taking it and taking it. Others, not so much. I have been taking this one for a couple years now and I feel great. Good for the blood and brain.

I have been taking these over a month, I have not really noticed a difference with focus but the energy yes. They are capsules which makes them a bit easier to swallow but still hard for me since they are a bit on the bigger side. I don't suggest opening them to take it that way, does not taste good.

I have been using another product for about 3 weeks , not to say that I was unhappy , but I wanted something a little more and the ginseng was an added factor. I was taking 120mg in the morning and 120mg at late evening. I suffer from stenosis back and leg problems , but I still walk everyday 30 minutes. I need the mental surge to overcome my condition. Regardless on how I feel , I still push forward to accomplish my daily routine. I switched to this because it may give me that little ump to supersede my goal and enable me to get back to my morning routine in my home gym. It is all mental. We shall see if this will be the the choosen product that can give me the effect. I'm 70 and eat just about vegeterian, no alcohol or smoke. Update : no difference than the 120mg Spring Valley supplement I have been taken.
