Just what needed

I purchased this item as a gift for my wife. When it arrived I immediately noticed the inner piece with the inscription was backward. The other problem is the inscription is so small that I could hardly see/read it with a magnifying glass. When I tried to return it to Amazon, I was informed this item cannot be returned. I then tried to communicate with the seller and Amazon and it became a vicious circle with nothing being able to be done. Be aware of these problems and the ACTUAL size of the inscription.

It’s a nice pendant but very hard to read. Also the chain is rather small for a pendant this size.
