Taste like real olive oil should, organic, reliable company, and super price
I got the Robust to try out, and I'm not disappointed. It has slightly more olive-oil flavor than standard olive oil, not overwhelming. I use it in pasta dishes and making hummas, perfect. A sturdy plastic bottle, and a stong top to it, no problems there like I've had with other brands. On top of that it is very competitive a price, way under other premium olive oil, so I'm happy. I even bought the bigger 48oz size, as I'm using more olive oil to my recipes, it's so good, and I don't want to run out. I also really like the Certified Organic part, making it more reliable to eat, but without the much higher price of other brands of organic olive oil. Plus it is a long-time reliable go-to brand for me. It pours easily with that nice olive oil type insert to pour smoothly like most quality brands have. I didn't have any leakage in getting it to me, as they taped up the top real good. Tastes great, highest quality, low low price,, I'm a happy camper.

My Most Used Cooking Oil
I use this olive oil. I’m just about everything I make that cause for cooking oil. I do use a little vegetable oil now and then but for the most part, it’s olive oil and this particular brand. I love the flavor that it gives it. My budget is limited so the size of this bottle is perfect for me. It lasts the entire month. I say that because I do shop once a month. It just provides a great flavor and it’s affordable as well.

Smooth, healthy olive oil
This olive oil is delicious! I use it for almost everything that I fry or bake. It does well in cake mixes (doesn't have an overpowering taste); I use it to fry eggs, veggies,, etc. The taste is very pleasant and it's smooth. I love the fact that it is organic, extra virgin and first cold-pressed! Makes me feel healthier!

Tasty, But Not Really "Robust"
So my "relationship" with olive oil may be a little different than the average person's.I grew up in an area where among hip tapas bars & fancy specialty pizzerias, a boom of literal Olive Oil Stores erupted. They are literally like wineries and besides filling your order from real wood barrels that have a TAP in them, they also have tastings! Believe me, I rolled my eyes at these establishments as much as the next middle-income-ranged person, however I did wander into a few of them over time for the free tastings to see what all the fuss was about. In addition, 2 friends of mine were pseudo chefs who perpetually stocked a delightful array of olive oils with broad, distinctive flavor ranges for their guests' delight at every get-together, so I've got a bit of a "palate" when it comes to olive oil now.I've come to despise the cheapie stuff that pretty much just tastes like vegetable oil. And I adore a heavy tasting (aka robust) olive oil with some salt & pepperred crackers. The stronger olive oils tend to have a more bitter taste. It's kind of like a craft beer with extra hops. That's what I was hoping for with this olive oil, since it calls itself "robust." Robust is the same word they used to describe the more heavily noted, more bitter tasting oils in the olive oil lala fancypants places, so that's sort of what I was expecting here.Because I know Pompeian is usually a less expensive brand, though, I kind of knew I was taking a gamble. And yes, I was not wrong. The Pompeian "Robust" is a far cry from any authentic robust flavored olive oil. However it is a decent tasting oil, it has a nice consistency, it says it's organic, and is totally useable in any situation olive oil may be called for.So I'm glad I tried it. My favorite olive oil is a stronger tasting one from Costco that brings with an S but the name of it escapes me now. Similarly priced to this one, the Pompeian just simply does not measure up. But it's versatility & *slightly* stronger taste than the flavorless dribble of the cheaper supermarket brands give it some hope. It's got a weak, nutty flavor that maybe resembles pine nuts in the far away distance... and it does have a small bright sweetness.I probably won't buy it again, but I'm not furiously disappointed with my purchase & may grab it once more in a pinch.Happy hunting!

Really Good Olive Oil...... Worth The Money!
I'm 60yo and have been eating olive oil since I was a child. Just today this Pompeian Organic EVOO rolled in the door....... I was still in my shop but really wanted to know how good this was going to be. I popped the top, open the seal and took a sip. The flavor is fantastic. Grassy, earthy and warm.... YUM! At first though... I thought there was going to be no throat hit...... MAN was I wrong about that. BOOM..... it took my breath away, made cough and then laugh. I must have looked like a loon..... standing in the middle of my shop, chuggin olive oil and grinning ear to ear. Do yourself a favor and try this EVOO...... you too will be grinning ear to ear..... maybe even in your garage. :)

Top of the line organic olive oil
Organic is very important. This olive oil, is listed as robust flavor, which means that it has that little sharpness that you can feel in your throat if you drink it. I don't think you could find a better thing to fry some eggs at low temperature in!
