I recommend all young people to read this. This informs you of the power of the mind and all that you can accomplish if you stay positive and are in tune with the power you have.This book is a long explanation on law of assumption/manifestation.

This was a great read! Helped me get through some hard times. Recommend highly to those who want to have a positive mind set and see things in a different positive way.

This is a very negative book. A friend recommended it but I read first few pages and didn’t find it to be at all what I expected. Some part of that could be I am a believer in prayer and affirmation based on God and not the negative tones this book provides. Someone else might find it quite interesting. My friend admitted she hadn’t really read but sat and skimmed, and jumped around in pages.

I met this author many years ago at a Book Expo. Super impressed with this book!How to Heal Your Life. It's a must read book for anyone going thru any type of illness.Also, a great gift idea to give to anyone needing answers.

I first read it 30 years ago. Ms. Hay's information has helped me throughout my life. She was a true healer who experienced all of life.

This book is easy to understand and is inspiring. The author includes many exercises for the reader to try, along with suggestions for additional resources to consult if desired. I am on my second reading of this book. I have been doing the exercises suggested and have found that I have definately benefited by following the author's suggestions. I bought a second copy of this book to give to my son--I didn't want to part with my own copy. I strongly recommend this book if you want to feel better about yourself and your life.

I wasn’t aware that writing inside the book was a possibility and I wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d known someone else had taken notes in it. Not thrilled. The book itself is supposed to be excellent. Review not for book itself.

Having loaned out my first copy (and not getting it returned) I decided to repurchase this and read it again. I definitely recommend this book to anyone needing some help with life's challenges. It's a gem.
