when I opened the parcel ( narrow white box), I reached inside - BIG MISTAKE!DO NOT REACH INSIDE - tip it out, the sides of the metal backplate are razor sharp and I cut the side of my hand just brushing past it , it was messy and owee.Other than that - great item.What you get in the box ( plain white box, no logo);* There is 1x back plate - which you do not have to use - it is a metal plate with indentations for all of the spice pots.The spice pots stick to this by magnetism.* There are 12x individually wrapped spice pots which come with a magnet permanently attached to the back so you can stick them to any ferrous metal surface ( if a magnet will stick to it, these will stick to it) like the backplate.* There are labels - soo many labels, most are already filled in, with a multitude of spice and herb names, and some are blank for you to write on, although you will need a white pen, or a chalk pen as the labels are black.*There are then 12 3M large circular adhesive pads. These are ace, utterly brill - so I assume with these you can permanently stick your spice pots down or to something, but I would not choose to do that, I assume that because they are the same size as the spice pots.Assembly / usage;* I used these 3Mpads to stick the metal back plate onto the wall. You donit need to use the back plate, but if you do, you will need to secure it and there are no holes.I only needed 4 of the 12 to do so, although if you were sticking it to something that moves like the back of a kitchen door, or a cupboard you might want it use all 12 to make sure you cannot shake it off.*The 3M pads for fit nicely into each raised area on the back of the backplate (the opposite of the indentation for the pot on the front) and are surprised easy to stick on.The 3M adhesive is known to be quick drying and super strong.The pots are easy to fill and a really good size, I managed to fit the whole of a supermarket spice jar in one and still have space left.The only thing you need to be careful of are the holes on the side.There are 3 little holes for shaking on one side of the spice pot lid rim, and a larger slot for pouring on the other side of the spice pot lid rim. These correspond to the same feature on the spice pot rim itself. So naturally, when returning the spice pot to wherever you choose to store it, make sure you have turned the lid to cover these holes, to ensure spices do not pour out ( for example mine is on the wall so if I left one of the holes open, spices would sprinkle onto my counter all day).Being stainless steel means it will wash over and over and over again without rusting.Value for money;I paid £18.99 for mine, which I thought was a lot, however it is such a good quality and sturdy set, I am going to save up to get another one for all of my cake and confectionery bits, sprinkles and toppers galore. Or see if they ever go half price!Also the width of these pots actually allowed me to put in Bay leaves. These are supermarket Bay leaves, you know the ones, where you struggle to get one out of the pot without pulverising it. I gently tweezed them out of the supermarket pot and tried these new spice pots, and they fit - a whole pot full! I am not sure if home grown and dried Bay leaves are any bigger but I was really impressed it fit my supermarket Bay leaves.ease of use:The lids sort of screw on, that is to say I cannot see a thread but that action seems to be required to get the kids off and on.We even had a quick game ( before we filled them) of how far away can you throw the spice pot at the back panel and get it to stick, turns out pretty far, although aiming was a bit of an issue, and much hilarity was had and I do not recommend trying it at home. We were just feeling a bit silly and I only mentioned it to show the magnets are strong.Also they are not that hard to pull off, which was a concern for me, as I am disabled and thought it might be too tricky of I ended up pulling the whole thing down, but no, all very sturdy and easy to use.How many should you get?It really depends on the cook. All of us have spices and herbs we bought for a recipe and never use again, and only those of us who really enjoy cooking will have more spices than this set offers.If you can, have a Snoop at their spices and see how many hey have, deduct 5% as not really using these spices, and that is how many pots you will need - this set comes with 12, I hope to buy another for baking things, but found 12 good to start, I might get another for my curry bits, as that uses a multitude of spices all by itself, but as I rarely make one, those spices are safe on the shelf for now ;-)Measurements;* Backplate is a rectangle - 21cm wide, 30 cm long, the depth is a couple of mm - very thin ( and sharp!)* spice pots are circular tubs - 6.5cm wide (diameter for you maths buffs) and 4 cm high with lid on.these are rough measurements made by my carer, we are lay people and not measuring boffins.I hope this is useful.

The media could not be loaded. I love these spice jars! These are outstanding, and I am on my 2nd set. I joke to my wife that soon te side of our fridge will be covered with spice jars! Like the pictures show they have a clear top to see the contents of the jars, and two sets of holes. They are wide-ish, so there is no problem with removing the lid and putting a teaspoon or tablespoon in them. The magnets on the seem to be fairly strong, as none of them have fallen onto the floor yet. The labels are great, because they come with a lot of different spices already listed, and if one isn’t listed you can write it in on one of the many blanks. They don’t come with a marker (white or otherwise), so you would need a light colored one to write on the black labels. Like someone else mentioned, a few of them do have semi-loose lids, so make sure you don’t pull them from the fridge (or wherever you keep them) by their lids, grab them by the base and you will have no problem. I highly recommend them!!

This is a nice set. Certainly will save you shelf space. I was planning to hang mine under one of the cabinets but was surprised to find out there are no wholes in the metal sheet and no screws supplied. This makes the purpose of the metal sheet 0. I have now put the jars on the cooker hood and the metal sheet has become redundant in which case there are other cheeper options out there than this set.

Just what I was looking for. Sticks perfectly to the inside of the cupboard door, and the pots are the perfect size for all my herbs. This has freed up so much space in my cupboard and now I can easily find what I need without rummaging. I little more than I was hoping to spend but well worth it.

They have created so much more room in my cupboards and easy to access from the side of the fridge. I liked them so much I've just ordered more. FYI like all food and drink storage jars etc they do need a wash before use.

Love these look great good size could do with being very slightly bigger and the plastic lid could be better quality but they are super stylish.

C'est très jolie les petites boîte aimantée, avec deux ouvertures il suffit de pivoter par contre deux d'entre elles s'ouvraient facilement alors j'ai un peu de scotch entre le couvercle et la boîte pour que ça soit plus difficile à ouvrir car mon mari attrape par le capuchon au lieu de prendre toute la boîte 😅🤣
